Justin Wearne – Principal Consultant

Justin is an “industrial and technology entrepreneur and marketer” with more than 25 years business experience. For the past 14 years he has worked as a management consultant through his firm JWPM Consulting, which he founded in 1994. He now consults and advises to a wide range of clients in Australia and overseas, having completed work on over 200 assignments for more than 80 clients.
Prior experience includes: ATCO Industries (Group Manager Marketing); ATCO Homes (National Sales and Marketing Manager), Adelaide Casino (Marketing Manager, Advertising Manager), Young and Rubicam Advertising (Cato Johnson Division), Leo Burnett Advertising, and News Limited.

As well as being the Director of JWPM Consulting and the start-up company Red Button Technology, Justin is also a Member of the Australian Institute of Management Consultants (AIMC).

Angelo is a recognised business expert with significant skills in the administration and management areas of business particularly in financial management, human resources and information technology. As a former Chief Executive of a large professional services firm, Angelo managed the operational and strategic aspects of that business. Georgina Barnett – Studio Manager

Studio Manager, Georgina Barnett has a Degree in Graphic Design (1973) and 35 years experience in the Graphics Industry.  Her experience derives from managing a large design studio with 18 Graphic Designers and typesetters for 18 years prior to setting up as a freelance Graphic Designer in 1991.
Georgina has the experience and technological background to design and implement state-of-the-art solutions for our clients.

Melanie is an experienced Marketing Manager with expertise in brand marketing and the development of domestic and international distribution. She has significant experience with domestic and international promotion strategies and is well versed in event management. Melanie has a successful track record in achieving sales growth through database management and direct response campaigns. Melanie was formerly the Marketing Manager for Scarpantoni Estate Wines and holds a Bachelor of Wine Marketing from the University of Adelaide.
